800 Mile 112,000lb Vessel Move for NASA's John C. Stennis Space Center

Northwest Logistics Heavy Haul was awarded the project to haul 26, 112,000lbs vessels from Paola, KS to the Stennis Space Center in Kiln, MS a total of 813 miles. The 85ft 6in long by 5ft diameter vessels are being hauled with Northwest's 4 axel heavy haul tractor, 2 axel jeep, 3 axel trailer, and 2 axel booster. Northwest's own load engineers, designed and built specialized bolster saddles for the vessels to ride in on the trailers allowing for the load to be secured safely on the road.
